Looks like your heal needs to be about one more centimeter forward on the kicking phase. I think if you straighten the gliding leg you can increase the kick on the kicking leg thus having more combustion from the pelvic twist and allowing for a greater contribution of green house gasses!

Yes, I'm working hard on my pelvic twist to lengthen
my stride in the gliding phase of the kicking leg. Also, my greenhouse gas emissions, so important
for forward propulsion, need to be increased!
Also, I've been practicing using
just one pole and one ski to improve my balance, first
left pole, left ski, then right pole, right ski. Thanks for the comment!
